Do you want real experience with an agency that gets real results?

Each semester Propel welcomes an intern to our account and design teams to give them some real-world experience and teach us a thing or two about millennial stuff like Snapchat.

Our interns don’t fetch our coffee or collate our copies. They are full-fledged members of the team, invited to participate as any of the rest of us would. They bring us fresh, bright ideas and new perspectives, deliver pithy copy and create breathtaking designs.

Interested? Check out our position descriptions and see if Propel is the right spot for you.

Propel’s graphic design interns are paid and part-time (15-20 hours/week). They support our client’s marketing efforts, including creating infographics from scratch, updating a print campaign, developing banner ads and knocking out the perfect PowerPoint presentation. Propel clients range from healthcare to technology to manufacturing, so you’ll get a taste of it all.

As a graphic design intern at Propel, you have the opportunity to work on multiple campaigns at once to hone your skills. We don’t think you should have to wait until college is over to make something real, so we give you plenty of opportunities to build your portfolio with “I did this!” material. We’re sure you are capable of doing busy work, but we don’t think your talents are best suited for coffee runs or paper shredding. We would rather see you present ideas, pitch in during a brainstorm or implement your own strategy in one of our campaigns. This is a paid internship, $12 – $15/ hour depending on experience.

Must-haves: A successful candidate will be proficient in all the basics: Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. You must be detail-orientated, have a fondness for smart design and be eager to learn about all things marketing. Qualified candidates must be pursuing a degree in graphic design or a related program. Bonus points if you love tacos.

Propel’s client service interns are paid and part-time (15-20 hours/week). They provide support on our client’s marketing efforts, including writing email copy, proofing e-books, testing out the latest tools, diving into research and creating some killer social media content.
